We started with tearful goodbyes to our friends and our home. After 2 days of packing, cleaning and filling up the car, it feels good to get on the road. It's been bittersweet.

Before we left, we re-visited several of our favorite places....

like the local post office...

a street we drive on almost every day...

....and a good local sandwich place, among many others.  We had a great dinner at Farmburger with some friends (but unfortunately the photos got erased from our camera!!)
